Just found out that you can include Rhubarb on your PV days as it is officially a vegetable! Obviously sweetened with sweetener.

Dukan man: London, United Kingdom; This blog is for people already on the Dukan regime and people thinking of starting. the idea is to make it a little bit easier by making food that is enjoyable to eat. It is my first ever diet (aged 50) and  I have found it relatively easy, as you are never hungry and it works. However it does get exceedingly boring at times and could have been MUCH easier, if I had a few more interesting recipes than were out there already. As a former chef I have done a lot of experimenting and would like to share some of my recipes.
